The New Generation Burnout Oven (pictured left) has a refined industrial appearance.
The insulation system in this oven is designed for 2100F continuous operation and intermittent operation up to 2200F. Higher temperature ratings are available as customized options.
The New Generation Burnout Oven is comprised of two medium velocity burners designed
for high output, excess air operation. This fully modulated burner system provides better oxygen control with up to 10% O2 levels - allowing for complete, clean burnout in complex
shells.
A Category II afterburner is standard on all New Generation ovens.
The Standard Burnout Oven has a rugged industrial appearance. The insulation system
in this oven is designed for 1800F continuous operation and intermittent operation up to 2000F. The Standard Burnout Oven is an excellent choice for nonferrous operations.
The Standard Burnout Oven is comprised of a power burner that switches between high
and low fire to control the internal oven temperature. Its downdraft design yields excellent heat distribution (+/- 25F).
Category I or Category II afterburners are optional features with the Standard Burnout Oven
