the investment casting industry with all the benefits of the original PRIMCOTE binder - eliminates buckling, lifting and cracking of primary shell coats and even more!
PRIMCOTE PLUS provides extended slurry life versus the original - with slurries lasting up to 60% longer than the original.
With improved slurry life, there is little need to scrap an entire slurry due to issues such as gelation.
PRIMCOTE PLUS also provides improved wetting capabilities over conventional primary binders.
Like the original, PRIMCOTE PLUS contains wetting agent, antifoam agent, a color indicator to monitor dryness as well as other proprietary ingredients. This binder is
also compatible with conventional refractory materials and shell room equipment.
