R&R^® Aluma-Sil^TM refractory

Derived from kaolinite extracted while coal mining, stones are calcined at 1400^oC before crushing, sieving and grading. R&R ALUMA-SIL 47 refractory provides the investment caster with:

• Excellent hot strength
• Minimal dust
• Excellent shell permeability
• Easy knockout

R&R ALUMA-SIL 47 is available in the following grades:

• 16-30 ASTM
• 30-80 ASTM
• 50-80 ASTM
