Ransom & Randolph is pleased to introduce R&R® NobleTM jewelry investment. For casting platinum & palladium alloys, this product is the first water-mixed investment to provide casters with both excellent surface finish and easy investment removal.
R&R NOBLE investment is processed like its two-part platinum investment predecessors; however,
water is added to the investment during the mixing step. This eliminates the need to ship, store and handle a hazardous acid binder.
R&R NOBLE investment vacuums easily, rising and breaking in the bowl in one cycle - no need to
take extra precautions due to over-rising during this step of the process.
The burnout process for R&R NOBLE investment is also simple - no need to reprogram ovens or
include multiple holds in the process.
Palladium casters note that R&R NOBLE investment removes easily from the casting with water, an
ultrasonic unit is sufficient for removing remaining investment after water-blast.
Platinum casters note that the product takes less time and effort to remove in an acid bath than
existing products.
